Protein and Peanut Butter No Flour CookiesThese protein and peanut butter no flour cookies are absolute monster! Seriously, we could not believe our eyes when they were brought in this morning. It took us an absolute age to get through them during the day (we managed in the end) as they certainly help keep you full!
These cookies are highly nutritious, packed with protein and healthy fats from ground flax seed, which also helps maintain a healthy digestive system as well as providing plenty of energy. They also contain no flour or wheat, meaning they are ideal for those with gluten intolerances or following low carb diets.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 scoops whey protein (we used Maximuscle Promax chocolate flavour as its quite thick and creamy)
- 2tbsp. ground flax seed
- 1/4 walnuts (chopped up)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or chop of some 70 to 90% dark chocolate)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Combine all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
Cover a baking sheet with some baking paper and spray with light oil.
Using a large spoon scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten with the underside or a fork (make as many as you like, we had a batch of 8 large ones).
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cookies are just beginning to turn golden (keep your eye on them).

- 224 calories
- 13g protein
- 8.7g carbs
- 17g fat
